When COVID-19 first hit, millions of college students were instantly left lonely, afraid, and staving for connection. What started as a website that texted people zoom links for double dates, quickly became a top 10 social app.

Zoom University was created by Dandy, a company founded by my two friends Daniel and Leor. I was hired at square one to spec and design the ZoomU app.

We launched the app at the end of April 2020, and by July 1st we hit #9 on the App Store social networking chart. Ask anyone that attended a big school in March 2020, they'll remember Zoom University.
